If you speak in their favour, you are speaking the truth. If you express an opinion in their disfavour, you’re are attacked, your integrity is attacked. If an institution rules, the losers accuse the institution of being a political puppet. If a court rules in their favour, it is an affirmation of their legitimate stance but the same court is “biased” and a political puppet when the ruling doesn’t favour them.

The Electoral Commission (EC) is skewed and out there to rig the elections when the EC does not decide in their favour. Same with the police regardless of lack of real proof. Just tag them and cast doubt in their integrity.

Citizens or private individuals are often accused of being paid by political parties when they don’t share the views or side with online trolls or party baggers.

Courts don’t make laws but interpret and apply existing laws within the legal order based on appropriate legal sources including national laws and the constitution. Now street people think they understand the laws more than judges with extensive legal knowledge and experience.

Individuals have the right to disagree with the decisions of the courts but that doesn’t mean those individuals are more right than the courts. To attack the integrity of your courts particularly your supreme court is not only unfortunate but quite disengenoius and dangerous. It’s an insult to the integrity of the court and quite disrespectful.

Why did you petition the Court if you already knew was “biased”? Democracy is not about having your way all the time! It also means accepting defeat or disfavoured decisions even if you disagreed!

Seriously flawed mentality!
