Am I seeing the same people who jubilated about and endorsed a whole ethnic group being indicted and labelled as “sakawa” people also being outraged or what? Why can’t many Ghanaians be honest enough to do onto others how they want to be treated?
Why can’t people be truthful for once?
I don’t support any group being dehumanized, prejudiced or being discriminated against but I feel some people think they have the right to denigrate others without repercussions but no one dares to talk about them?
Why are derogatory utterances acceptable about some groups but people all of a sudden wake up from their sleep kicking and screaming when it’s done to them? Does that mean people only see wrong when it affects them?
I hear people talk bad about other groups, that they can’t speak good English, they are this and that all the time? What makes others think their rights prevail over those of others?
Or I’m not understanding this? Please tell me if my observations are incorrect!
