My Impression?
This can get out of hand very quickly and overwhelm the healthcare systems there which are not efficient nor strong to start with.
Preventative measures and collaborative efforts will be key to avoiding a catastrophe. It will be prudent for individuals and their families to take drastic measures to comply with social distancing and inflection prevention and control protocols.
A bit of personal sacrifice, self restraints and general discipline will go a long way to protect your own lives. Each one of us is responsible for our own lives.
Take good care, stay well.
